Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting and leading group activities, events, and daily programs
- Encouraging resident involvement and building positive relationships
- Assisting with activity planning, setup, and follow-through
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all residents
- Helping with documentation and resident engagement efforts
Qualifications:
- 18+ years of age
- Willingness to learn—no experience required
- Positive, dependable, and enjoys working with seniors
- Prior experience in a people-focused role is a plus
