What You’ll Do:

Assist residents with personal care and daily routines
Support independence while ensuring safety and comfort
Build meaningful relationships with residents
Observe and communicate changes to the care team

Qualifications:

Current CNA certification in MN
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Experience in senior living preferred but not required
Willingness to learn and grow in the role
