Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care, including administering medications and treatments
- Observe resident health and report changes promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care protocols
- Contribute to a calm, safe, and welcoming community environment
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN or LPN license in Minnesota
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to compassionate, resident-focused care
- Experience in long-term care preferred, not required
