Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver nursing care, including administering medications and treatments
Observe resident health and report changes promptly
Maintain accurate documentation and follow care protocols
Contribute to a calm, safe, and welcoming community environment

Required Qualifications:

Active RN or LPN license in Minnesota
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to compassionate, resident-focused care
Experience in long-term care preferred, not required
