Green Lea Senior Living in Mabel, MN is seeking a full-time RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support exceptional resident care within our senior living community.

What You'll Do:
- Oversee and coordinate clinical services to ensure high-quality resident care
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing staff
- Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations
- Assist with care planning, assessments, and clinical documentation
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for senior care and team development
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred
