- Salary Range $90,000 - $145,000/year | Credit for experience will be given
How you will make an impact:
The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) will oversee all operational aspects while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. This leadership role involves directing facility operations, managing finances and budgets, supervising staff recruitment and training, implementing policies and procedures, coordinating with medical teams, handling admissions and discharges, maintaining relationships with residents and families, directing marketing efforts, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Schedule:
- Daytime hours with some nights and weekends as needed
What you will need:
- Knowledge of Skilled Nursing/Senior Living facility operations
- Minnesota Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or be willing to obtain this licensure if hired
- Previous Executive Director experience is preferred
