What You'll Do:
- Enhance the quality of life of our residents by providing personalized support for daily activities, which fosters independence and dignity
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, offering emotional companionship
- Monitor health and encourage participation in social activities
- Promote overall well-being and a sense of community among our residents
What You'll Need:
- A CNA or HHA certificate is preferred, but not required
- Entry level role in healthcare - we will train compassionate individuals!
