What You’ll Be Doing:

Help plan and lead creative activities such as games, crafts, music, and group events
Encourage residents to participate and stay engaged in daily programming
Support a safe and comfortable environment, following guidelines for fall prevention, infection control, and dementia care
Assist with tracking participation, distributing mail, and supporting resident engagement programs
Pitch in with other duties that help support residents and the community

What We’re Looking For:

At least 18 years old
No previous experience required—we provide training
A friendly, upbeat attitude and a genuine interest in working with seniors
Experience in customer service, childcare, or healthcare is helpful but not required
