What You’ll Be Doing:
- Help plan and lead creative activities such as games, crafts, music, and group events
- Encourage residents to participate and stay engaged in daily programming
- Support a safe and comfortable environment, following guidelines for fall prevention, infection control, and dementia care
- Assist with tracking participation, distributing mail, and supporting resident engagement programs
- Pitch in with other duties that help support residents and the community
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 18 years old
- No previous experience required—we provide training
- A friendly, upbeat attitude and a genuine interest in working with seniors
- Experience in customer service, childcare, or healthcare is helpful but not required
