Green Lea Senior Living in Mabel, MN, is seeking a full-time RN Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support exceptional resident care in our senior living community.

What You'll Do as an RN Clinical Supervisor:

Oversee and coordinate clinical services to ensure high-quality resident care
Support and mentor nursing staff to promote professional growth and strong care practices
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
Ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations
Assist with care planning, assessments, and clinical documentation

What You'll Need:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for senior care and team development
Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred
