Green Lea Senior Living in Mabel, MN, is seeking a full-time RN Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support exceptional resident care in our senior living community.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced RN Supervisor or a Registered Nurse ready to grow into a nursing leadership role!

- Oversee and coordinate clinical services to ensure high-quality resident care
- Support and mentor nursing staff to promote professional growth and strong care practices
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
- Ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations
- Assist with care planning, assessments, and clinical documentation
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for senior care and team development
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred
