Your Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care and medication administration
Support residents’ comfort, safety, and overall well-being
Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families
Maintain accurate documentation and follow care protocols
Assist in creating a calm and supportive environment

Requirements:

Current RN or LPN license in MN
Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
Passion for working with seniors
Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care is helpful
