What You'll Do:

Plan, lead, and assist with engaging activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities
Help residents safely attend and enjoy daily activities
Promote resident well-being by following safety guidelines, including fall prevention, infection control, and dementia care best practices
Track attendance, assist with mail distribution, and support resident assessments to ensure meaningful programming
Take on additional tasks as needed to support residents and the overall community

What You'll Need:

Must be at least 18 years of age
No prior experience required; paid training provided
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with seniors
