What You'll Do:
- Supervise and support nursing staff
- Ensure high-quality resident care and clinical compliance
- Assist with care planning and assessments
- Collaborate with leadership on clinical operations
- Serve as a resource and mentor to the care team
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota
- Passion for senior care and team development
- Strong communication and leadership potential
