What You'll Do:

Supervise and support nursing staff
Ensure high-quality resident care and clinical compliance
Assist with care planning and assessments
Collaborate with leadership on clinical operations
Serve as a resource and mentor to the care team

What You'll Need:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota
Passion for senior care and team development
Strong communication and leadership potential
