- Plan, lead, and assist with engaging activity programs based on residents’ interests and abilities
- Support residents in safely attending and participating in activities
- Promote resident well-being by following safety protocols, including fall prevention, infection control, and dementia care best practices
- Track attendance, assist with mail distribution, and support resident evaluations to ensure meaningful programming
- Perform additional duties as needed to support residents and the community
What You'll Need:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- No prior experience required—training provided
- A positive attitude and a passion for working with seniors
