What You’ll Do:

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
Monitor resident condition and respond to care needs
Document care and communicate updates with the interdisciplinary team
Help maintain a calm, safe environment for residents
Build meaningful relationships with residents and families

What We’re Looking For:

Active RN or LPN license in Minnesota
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A compassionate, resident-centered approach
Senior living experience is a plus, but not required
