About This Opportunity
This is a pipeline position designed to build a strong pool of qualified candidates for upcoming openings. While we regularly hire for Nursing roles, specific shift availability is not guaranteed at the time of application.

- RN: $37.00 - $42.50 per hour
- LPN: $26.50 - $32.00 per hour

- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Respond to resident needs and ensure comfort and safety
- Document care and communicate updates to the care team
- Support a calm, safe overnight environment for residents
What You'll Need:
- Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of MN
- Previous experience in senior living preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for providing compassionate care to older adults
