What You’ll Do in This Role:
- Assist in organizing and running daily activities that keep residents engaged
- Help residents participate in group programs, events, and social opportunities
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and positive environment
- Follow safety guidelines to support resident well-being
- Provide support with event setup, participation tracking, and general needs
What You’ll Bring:
- Must be 18 years or older
- No prior experience needed—we’ll provide training
- A friendly personality and a passion for interacting with others
- Experience in hospitality, childcare, or healthcare is helpful but optional
