What You’ll Do in This Role:

Assist in organizing and running daily activities that keep residents engaged
Help residents participate in group programs, events, and social opportunities
Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and positive environment
Follow safety guidelines to support resident well-being
Provide support with event setup, participation tracking, and general needs

What You’ll Bring:

Must be 18 years or older
No prior experience needed—we’ll provide training
A friendly personality and a passion for interacting with others
Experience in hospitality, childcare, or healthcare is helpful but optional
